Finally DONE! Sleeves: one is striped, one is lace & cable. It actually fits quite well.
Something went right! :-)

Thanks Cori! I think it brings the sweater patterning "full circle". Those stripes on the arms are not as flattering on me as they look on the slim little model wearing the chocolate Dollar.

I am also wishing I had chosen a "less fluffy" yarn...my Cloud 9 angora-wool 50-50 blend kinda masks the acute detailing of the lace. After handling, the yarn
"blooms"...its fuzz busts out all over. Oh well, at least the sweater fits! I'm going to wear it to church tomorrow with red 'n' cream crepe skirt!

I love the cable on the sleeve! Not a part of the knitalong, but lurking to get ideas/tips before I get going on this one....how tough was it to make the sleeve with the cable? Though I see from your previous post you have been knitting for 35 years. ha ha ha ha....how tough for someone who has been knitting about 5?

Oh it's gorgeous!! I really like the look of one striped sleeve and one cabled one, it kind of balances out the different fronts. I like your color choice too. I'd love to see a model shot with it, if you wanted to do one.

I will post a "self-modeled" shot later. I have to dig out my tripod and get the camera timer thing going.
Thanks for all your compliments.

This has been a very informative, supportive knitalong! Dontcha all think so, too? :-)
